Pet Policy
At Magnolia Heights, we love our Fur-Babies! We allow two pets per apartment. There is a $400 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $600 for 2 pets. Rent is $25 per pet per month. Standard breed restrictions apply.
*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.
